SigEp utilizes year round open recruitment.  That means we are not restricted to "rush week" or a certain time frame for members to join like you may have heard about on other campuses.  However, you must be an undergraduate student to be a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon. 

Although your membership will not begin until you are enrolled in classes at Washburn, you will probably hear from one of our members as early as winter of your senior year of high school.  The recruitment process is one of mutal selection, and we feel like we should get to know you and your parents before you become a member, and likewise, you probably want to get to know us.
